No manual identity entry: CODAC validates the account server-side and uses its verified name, country, status, identity verification, and account type. A nonexistent, inactive, unverified, mismatched, or self-owned account is rejected.
Member-Directed Beneficiary and Verified Succession Terms
  1. The latest active, security-confirmed Primary Beneficiary is the member's CODAC instruction to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. A member may designate one Personal or one Institutional Beneficiary regardless of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, relationship, or birth status, provided the beneficiary has an active verified CODAC Portal account.
  3. Designation does not create automatic legal heirship and cannot override compulsory-heir rights, valid court orders, sanctions, fraud controls, or applicable succession law.
  4. No beneficiary can sign in, withdraw, transfer, claim, manage, own, or control any member account, wallet, fund, reward, point, or digital asset through this designation.
  5. Institutional beneficiaries require a verified institutional CODAC Portal account, valid registration or legal authority, authorized acceptance, and an official organizational or government account. No future release may go to an officer's personal account.
  6. CODAC places disputed, incomplete, inactive, dissolved, sanctioned, fraudulent, or legally restricted designations on hold rather than redirecting them administratively.
  7. Required future evidence may include identity documents, proof of filiation, death or incapacity records, registration certificates, charter or board authority, court or estate documents, and official acceptance.
  8. Adding, changing, or removing a designation requires authenticated access and a security code sent to the member's verified email.
  9. Designation does not guarantee that any fund, reward, incentive, coin, point, or asset exists or will be approved for release.
  10. Passwords, OTPs, Withdrawal PINs, recovery codes, seed phrases, private keys, and login credentials must never be shared with any beneficiary or representative.
