Individual Additional Terms & Conditions
1. Individual Account Eligibility
An Individual account is intended for a verified natural person acting for themselves. CODAC registration is free. No membership, joining, registration, or activation fee, member deposit, wallet funding, sponsor, or referral is required for Individual registration. Registration does not guarantee account approval, rewards, income, profit, financial return, or permanent access.
2. Personal Ownership & No Proxy Control
The account must remain under the control of the verified account holder. A registrant must not create, hold, rent, lend, sell, transfer, or operate an Individual account as a proxy, nominee, dummy, or deceptive substitute for another person.
3. Identity, Contact & Recovery
The registrant must provide truthful, current, and verifiable identity and contact information and complete applicable identity, email, contact, device, recovery, security, or re-verification procedures required for account protection and compliance.
4. One Person–One Account
Under the CODAC One Person–One Account policy, a person may not create or control duplicate Individual accounts to bypass limits, obtain duplicate benefits, manipulate qualification, or conceal account control.
A shared household, family relationship, location, surname, device pattern, or IP address alone is not sufficient proof of a violation. The fair-evidence and due-process provisions of the Common Terms apply.
5. Correct Account Use
An Individual account is not a substitute for a Merchant, Business, Service Provider, Organization, Foundation, School, Government-related, or other applicable account category where the activity requires that category.
CODAC may require the appropriate account category, verification, documentation, and applicable compliance requirements before related commercial, professional, organizational, or entity features may be used.
6. Credentials & Account Security
The account holder is responsible for protecting passwords, devices, recovery methods, authentication codes, and other account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access through official CODAC support channels.
Members must not disclose wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, authentication codes, or other confidential credentials to CODAC, another member, or an unauthorized third party.
7. Transactions, Costs, Grand Reward Deductions & Tax Responsibility
Free registration does not mean that optional purchases, external blockchain transactions, trading-venue charges, network fees, or legally required taxes are free.
Before confirming an applicable transaction or Grand Reward claim, the account holder must review the disclosed amount, applicable fees, qualification requirements, approved deductions, claim conditions, and applicable tax treatment.
An approved Grand Reward may be subject to applicable government tax, withholding tax, or other legally required deductions before the final net claimable amount is released.
8. External Wallet Ownership & No Member Deposits
Individual registration does not require or permit a member deposit into the CODAC Portal as a condition of registration, participation, qualification, or Grand Reward eligibility.
A personal external wallet linked to CODAC for an approved purpose remains under the control of its lawful owner. Wallet linking may be used for applicable ownership verification, qualified activity verification, or designation of a Claim Destination Wallet.
CODAC does not require a member to provide a seed phrase or private key in order to link or verify an external wallet.
A Grand Reward claim and release represents an approved CODAC Grand Reward and does not represent the withdrawal or return of personal funds belonging to the member.
9. Points, Rewards & Benefits
Participation points are qualification or progress units governed by their applicable CODAC rules. Points are not automatically cash, USDT, CODAC, legal tender, or a guaranteed reward.
Registration, task participation, purchases, trading activity, engagement, leadership status, or accumulation of points does not by itself guarantee a Grand Reward or other benefit. Applicable qualification, verification, funding, approval, claim, tax, security, and release requirements must be satisfied.
10. Lawful and Good-Faith Use
Fraud, account manipulation, fabricated activity, credential abuse, unauthorized fundraising, false CODAC representation, unlawful transactions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited conduct may trigger investigation and review under the CODAC Portal Common Terms & Conditions.
11. Fair Review, Complaints & Appeal
Good-faith criticism, factual reviews, complaints, support requests, lawful reporting, and whistleblowing are not violations by themselves.
Material sanctions must follow the applicable evidence, notice, member explanation, documented review, written decision, and appeal or final-review protections established in the Common Terms, subject to reasonable temporary protective measures where necessary to protect accounts, members, systems, evidence, or legally protected interests.
12. Privacy & Data Use
Identity, device, contact, verification, evidence, security, and account data must be handled under the applicable CODAC Privacy Notice, lawful data-processing requirements, data-minimization principles, security controls, retention procedures, and applicable law.
13. Acceptance Record & Updates
The registration acceptance record should identify the applicable Common Terms version, Individual Terms version, Privacy Notice version, account or category identifier, acceptance timestamp, and affirmative acceptance action.
Material amendments may require updated notice, acknowledgment, or renewed acceptance where required by applicable CODAC policy or law.
